[eduVPN-deploy] LDAP authentication, LDAP ACL

Hi,

With the latest batch of updates I just pushed, LDAP is now supported
for user authentication [1] and group ACL support [2].

So far I only tested it with Red Hat Directory Server, it would be
helpful to get some more testing results with different LDAP servers,
e.g. AD or OpenLDAP.

One thing is currently lacking: the ability to restrict access to the
admin portal based on LDAP group membership. This will be worked on in
the (near) future.
