[eduVPN-deploy] OpenVPN updates (heads-up)

Hi,

Soon OpenVPN 2.4.4 [1] will be added in the EPEL repository [2]. The way
updates of OpenVPN are handled is that they restart all OpenVPN
processes on update, this is part of the package update process itself.

So, it is probably best to schedule the update in a maintenance window,
or at such time that there are no clients connected.
