[eduVPN-deploy] [2018-11-12] VPN server update

Hi,

The following components had a new release:

* vpn-server-api: 1.4.6 [1]
* vpn-server-node: 1.1.2 [2]

Major changes:

Implement "blockLan" profile configuration to allow routing traffic on
the local LAN into the VPN tunnel for security reasons. This will be the
default, but _ONLY_ on new deployments.

All distribution packages are updated: CentOS / Red Hat Enterprise,
Fedora and Debian.
