[eduVPN-deploy] Possible "custom theme" breakage

Hi,

If you were using your own theme on your installation and were
overriding the "menu.twig" template, your theme will sort of break when
updating to the latest version. See the "patch" required to fix your
menu [1].

If you were on CentOS, Red Hat Enterprise or Fedora and were using the
eduVPN or Let's Connect! theme (using the RPM packages), all was updated
automatically.
