[eduVPN-deploy] Help from portal translators wanted for new release!

Hi Sami - one question, for the eduvpn.marwan.ma <http://eduvpn.marwan.ma/>, I assumed it was for "institute access” but I’m now in doubt. Is it for "secure browsing”?
