[eduVPN-deploy] [2019-10-14] Package Updates

Hi all,

Today we released a minor update:

* vpn-user-portal: 2.0.14 [1]
* vpn-server-api: 2.0.4 [2]
* vpn-server-node: 2.0.4 [3]

Big(ger) changes in this release:

Access control: it is now possible to restrict access to the portal
based on a permission, instead of just restricting access to profiles
based on permission(s) [4].

TUN device: the device used by the OpenVPN server was changed to the
form "tunX" from "tun-X-Y". This has NO impact when using the default
firewall scripts, or when not having any firewall. In case you changed
the firewall manually, i.e. without using
vpn-server-node-generate-firewall, updates MAY be required!

Limit profile deploy: when using node(s), i.e. running on a multi
profile system, it is now possible to restrict the profiles you deploy
on a particular node. See [5].

You can update the packages using your regular OS package manager.
