[eduVPN-deploy] Block DNS over HTTPS (DoH) for Firefox users

Hi,

Mozilla is planning to enable DNS over HTTPS (DoH), initially only for
US users. They will use Cloudflare (CF) to handle all DNS requests. If
you want to disable sending all the DNS requests to CF for (Firefox)
users of your VPN, you can install a local DNS resolver on the VPN
server to prevent the use of DoH.
