I somehow forgot about this one! Oops!

It is a relatively small fix. It fixes IPv6 range calculation when using
more than 16 OpenVPN processes per profile and it now will always push
routes configured in "route" no matter whether defaultGateway is true or
false. Before it would ONLY do that when defaultGateway was set to false.
