[eduVPN-deploy] [2020-04-16] Package Updates

Hi all,

* vpn-server-api: 2.1.6 [1]
* vpn-daemon: 1.1.0 [2]

After yesterday's update today we have one for monitoring capabilities.
Now it is possible to see the "load" on your OpenVPN processes. See the
updated documentation [3] for what is possible now.

(For now only available on CentOS/Fedora... We are still looking for
someone who can help us with packaging vpn-daemon for Debian).
