[eduVPN-deploy] Portal translation update/status

Hi all,

With the just announced release there are also some additional
translations that can be made. If you are able to contribute to the
translations, either by updating them, or making a new one, please see [1].

The current status of the translations, in percentage complete:

nl_NL	100%
nb_NO	100%
de_DE	 86%
fr_FR	 86%
pt_PT	 86%
ar_MA	 85%
et_EE	 85%
uk_UA	 85%
pl_PL	 70%
da_DK	 36%

If you are interested in updating translations specifically for eduVPN
[2] and/or Let's Connect! [3] ou can do that too!

Translation status for eduVPN:

nl_NL	100%
pt_PT	 66%
ar_MA	 60%
de_DE	 60%
et_EE	 60%

Translation status for Let's Connect!:

nl_NL	100%
