[eduVPN-deploy] [2020-05-12] Package Updates

A few minor updates. This update was supposed to fix stats generation
not requiring too much memory, but alas, it doesn't seem to be really
fixed yet. In addition, the admin "Info" page was restructured and now
also shows when the CA was created and when it expires.

As since the introduction of vpn-ca in the previous release the OpenVPN
server certificates expire together with the CA this will give you a
good idea when action is required to reset the CA. The VPN CA is valid
for 5 years from initialization, so most server still have at least 4
years left with this CA. We may have an eduVPN 3.x with Ed25519 keys by
then! :-)
