Hi all,

* vpn-user-portal: 2.3.11 [1]

The last version (2.3.10) introduced support for expiring VPN sessions 
at night, but only when sessionExpiry was set to `P7D` (7 days) or 
higher. This release lowers this requirement so P1D (1 day).

**NOTE**: it is STRONGLY recommended not to enable this feature when 
your sessionExpiry is < 7 days! Come to think of it: never set your 
sessoinExpiry to P7D, no matter what. It is a really bad user experience...

We also added the Romanian portal translation!

In addition, an option to remove all user data for a user is now made 
available for the admin. Please read the notification before using this 
function!
