[eduVPN-deploy] Fedora 34 support added, Fedora 32 EOL imminent

Hi all,

In addition to signing the CentOS/Fedora packages with the new key, we 
added support for running the server on Fedora 34 which was released 
earlier this week.

Fedora Linux 32 will reach EOL on Tuesday 25 May 2021. On, or shortly 
after this date we will remove the Fedora 32 packages. Please upgrade to 
a later version of Fedora.
