[eduVPN-deploy] Fedora 32 EOL

Hi all,

As mentioned already before, Fedora 32 reached EOL yesterday. You can 
upgrade [1] to Fedora 33 or 34 which are both supported by eduVPN/Let's 
Connect!

NOTE: this is only relevant if you deployed eduVPN/Let's Connect! on Fedora.
