[eduVPN-deploy] Automatic update to eduVPN Client 3.1?

Hi,

is an automatic update to client 3.1 (e.g. on Windows) planned? Will 
this be supported, and if that is the case, when is that planned?

If we have to point all users to the 3.1 upgrade, I could migrate our 
production eduVPN 2 server to the new eduVPN 3 setup soon. If the client 
will propose the update automatically, I would wait and give users a 
chance to do that first.
