Hi all,

* vpn-user-portal: 3.2.0 [1]
* vpn-daemon: 3.0.2 [2]
* vpn-maint-scripts: 3.1.0, 3.2.0 [3]

This is a rather big release in the 3.x series with some new features 
and cleanups.

Some important things, but as usual check the linked changes URL for 
more details:

- performance issues with creating "aggregate stats" were fixed;
- simplify the "vpn-maint-scripts" a lot, move scripts for managing 
multiple servers to a separate project [4];
- delete/disconnect WireGuard peers/OpenVPN certificates that no longer 
match the server configuration on "apply changes";
- properly "close" the connection log for WireGuard connections during 
periodic sync between portal and node(s)
- do not give up after the first node when a client connects and a node 
runs out of free WireGuard IP addresses
