Hi all,

* vpn-user-portal: 2.4.6 [1]

Small update for the portal, update Ukrainian translation, update for 
new OAuth server implementing RFC 9207. We also rebuilt the Go 
components with an updated Go compiler.

If you are (still) running on Debian 10, please update to Debian 11 
soonish! [2]
