Hi there

I have one (cheap) Student-Laptop running on Intel x86x64 Processor where
eduVPN Client installs successfull, can register but can't connect.
Stops at the very first steps.

This Client tries to connect to eduVPN 2 Server via openVPN.
Message at Client is "Der Vorgang ist für nicht verbunden Sockets
unzulässig" (translated "operation is not allowed on unconnected
sockets")

The openVPN process is running. eduVPNLog shows only the first five lines:

2023-02-09 16:31:50 OpenVPN 2.5.7-20221102 Windows-MSVC [SSL (OpenSSL)]
[LZO] [LZ4] [PKCS11] [AEAD] built on Nov 2 2022
2023-02-09 16:31:50 Windows version 10.0 (Windows 10 or greater) 64bit
2023-02-09 16:31:50 library versions: OpenSSL 3.0.7 1 Nov 2022, LZO 2.10
2023-02-09 16:31:50 MANAGEMENT: TCP Socket listening on
[AF_INET]127.0.0.1:1151
2023-02-09 16:31:50 Need hold release from management interface, waiting...

So it looks like a winsock error but any other software at this machine is
running (I installed Ivanti VPN as workaround and this works).
I haven't seen any special security software on this machine which could
block the access to the sockets. Maybe there is a missing dependancy?

And sorry - I know this isn't an eduVPN error, but maybe someone can point
me to a so(u)lution?
