want to discuss a new version of the policy compliance document so that there
is less confusion between the obligations of Institute Access servers (mostly
keeping your instance up to date) and the obligations of Secure Internet servers
(related for example to incident response). Concretely, we suggest a. Adding a distinction in 1.2 about Secure Internet and Institute Access servers, b. Deleting 2.1, 4.5 and 4.6, and c. Making explicit that 2.2, 3.5, 3.6 and 3.7 are only applicable for Secure Internet instance operators OR alternatively have two different policies for Institute Access instance operators and Secure Internet instance operators.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><br class=""></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" class="">Therefore,
