[ProjectSCZ-FIAM] SCZ maintenance on monday March 26th after 14:00 CEST

Hello all.

According to the SCZ-roadmap<https://wiki.surfnet.nl/display/SCZ/Roadmap>, on Monday March 26th the  SCZ-team will upgrade the SCZ pilot environment from version 0.1 to version 0.2. The upgrade is planned to start shortly after 14:00 CEST<https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?msg=Upgrade+SCZ+to+version+0.2&iso=20180326T14&p1=1310> . As usual, we will try to keep downtime to a minimum. As soon as the upgrade is finished, we will announce it on this list.

Next to some bug fixes and smaller updates, this version will update COmanage from version 3.0 to 3.1. As shown on the COmanage roadmap<https://spaces.internet2.edu/display/COmanage/COmanage+Product+Roadmap> this means:
