which is supposed to include all information necessary for involved SURF-managers, SURF executives, the SURF Program Advisory board (representatives of institutions), slated for the end of December, and finally the CSC (another board of representatives of
institutions) to decide on a Go / No go for the next level of service development (which would entail getting it production ready).<o:p></o:p></span></p>
