Beste SURFconext-contactpersoon,

Graag nodig ik je uit voor deelname aan het SURFconext 
klanttevredenheidsonderzoek voor Service Providers. Het SURFconext team 
vindt het belangrijk om te weten wat jij als contactpersoon van een 
aangesloten dienst vindt van de SURFconext dienstverlening. Met de 
resultaten van het onderzoek kunnen wij SURFconext verbeteren en beter 
laten aansluiten bij de behoeften en wensen van dienstleveranciers en 
eindgebruikers.

Het onderzoek bestaat uit een online enquête en neemt ongeveer 5 tot 10 
minuten in beslag.

Goed om te weten:

  * De enquête is anoniem
  * Er wordt gebruik gemaakt van een externe leverancier voor de
    enquête-tool: enalyzer.com
  * De enquête-tool maakt geen gebruik van cookies of IP-check
