[eduVPN-deploy] QR code dependency moved to EPEL

Hi,

I noticed that the php-bacon-bacon-qr-code dependency moved to EPEL (as
php-bacon-qr-code) some time ago, so I removed it from the eduVPN
repository.

None of the recent deploys should have the version from the eduVPN
repository as by default the version in EPEL was taken.

To make sure you are using the version from EPEL, you can run the
following command:

$ sudo yum swap php-bacon-bacon-qr-code php-bacon-qr-code

If needed, approve the "swap" and you are set to receive future updates
of this package directly from EPEL.
