[eduVPN-deploy] vpn-server-node 1.0.4

Hi,

I just released version 1.0.4 [1] of vpn-server-node.

In addition to what is mentioned in the CHANGES.md, the path of the
binaries that handle VPN connection/disconnection and 2FA verification
has changed to simplify the RPM/DEB packages. This should have no effect
on the VPN service(s).

To install the update(s):

    $ sudo yum clean expire-cache && sudo yum -y update
