[eduVPN-deploy] DEB (Debian) Repository Moved

Hi,

With the ongoing effort to "rebrand" the *software* to Let's Connect!
(instead of eduVPN) the DEB repository moved to the
https://repo.letsconnect-vpn.org domain. This was done for the CentOS /
Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Fedora repositories some time ago.

Just to make clear, the software itself was never "eduVPN-specific" and
always remained neutral. This move is one of the first steps to create a
clear distinction between the software project (Let's Connect!) and the
service (eduVPN).

The package signing key remains the same!

The deploy script [1] was updated to reflect the repository change. If
you are currently using the "old" repository, as everyone who deployed
on Debian is, you can perform the following steps to upgrade:

Remove the old repository:

    $ sudo rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/eduVPN.list

Add the new repository:

    $ echo "deb https://repo.letsconnect-vpn.org/deb/release/stretch
stretch main" > sudo tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/LC.list
    $ sudo apt-get update

In order to upgrade the packages:

    $ sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

Let me know if you have any questions!

Cheers,
François
