[eduVPN-deploy] [2018-11-26] VPN server update (BUGFIX)

Hi all,

The following components had a new release:

* vpn-server-api: 1.4.8 [1]

A bug for "federated eduVPN" got introduced while refactoring some code.
This resulted in an error message when "new" users tried to use the VPN
servers other than their own (the one the authenticated/authorized at).

Updated packages for Debian 9, Fedora 28, Fedora 29 and CentOS/RHEL 7
are available. Please remember that for Debian the package repository
changed! See the mail to this list from last week!
