[eduVPN-deploy] Debian Packages Updated

Hi all,

>From today brand new Debian packages are available! They were lagging
quite a bit behind compare to the CentOS / Fedora packages.

Feel free to update to the latest version of those packages!

See [1] on how to install eduVPN / Let's Connect! on Debian.

Please note however, that I still consider these packages experimental!
There are many "lintian" errors in the packages, and they are not yet
"scratch" builds where each package would be built in a "clean"
environment to make sure all dependencies are correctly pulled in.
However, rudimentary testing shows that they work fine! See [2] for a
complete list of (open) issues.
