There were some issues with the **Debian** packages, not CentOS or
Fedora. The included "bin" scripts from the vpn-user-portal and
vpn-server-api packages could not be executed. This had no impact on
running VPN servers, but was an issue for running some scripts from
"cron" or when performing a fresh install.

Updates are available that fixes all this! Please install them a.s.a.p.
if you already updated to the packages mentioned in the parent mail.
