[eduVPN-deploy] [2020-04-15] Package Updates

Hi all,

* vpn-server-node: 2.2.0 [1]

This release removes the (automatic) firewall generation code and
configuration. From now on the firewall needs to be modified directly
using "iptables".

**DO NOT PANIC**

When upgrading existing servers, nothing will change, the firewall will
remain exactly the way it was. Whenever you need to update the firewall,
you need to modify it directly. See the updated documentation [2] that
will help you with this. As said before, there is no need to do anything
when just doing the package updating. Everything will keep working as it
is now.
