Yes that's right. So not all clients are ready for it yet, but soon I hope.

I think it will just become useless then once client support is in place
and be ignored. But first, all the clients need to be fixed, it may be a
while...
The worst case scenario is that the DNS search domains are no longer
correctly configured in the client, but if you followed the source code
example all will keep working in either case!
