[eduVPN-deploy] [2020-01-28] Package Updates

Hi all,

This week a tiny update, just the eduVPN and Let's Connect! branding
packages for the portal.

* vpn-portal-artwork-eduVPN: 2.1.2 [1]
* vpn-portal-artwork-LC: 2.1.1 [2]

The LC branding was a bit behind still since the last portal update, and
both of them now point to the new macOS app in the App Store on the
"Home" page.
