[eduVPN-deploy] [2020-01-20] Package Updates

Hi all,

Not so much a "bigger" update, but it has been a while, some refactoring
took place and some bigger changes are coming up, so I wanted to get
this release out:

* vpn-user-portal: 2.1.5, 2.1.6 [1]
* vpn-lib-common: 2.1.0 [2]
* vpn-server-api: 2.1.2 [3]
* php-fkooman-oauth2-server: 6.0.0 [4]

There's now the possibility of adding additional authentication
mechanisms (to vpn-user-portal) that may not be suitable for 'upstream'
contribution in the software directly. For example, for complicated LDAP
environments.

The OAuth server will now always require all clients to use PKCE, this
has no impact for the VPN server as all clients use it anyway, but as
part of ongoing hardening.
