Small UI fixes (CSS mostly) and replacing a PHP dependency (BaconQrCode) 
with the qrencode CLI tool available on all possible systems which 
speeds up QR code generation by a factor > 5 (for 2FA enrollment).

Furthermore an issue on *only* Debian was reported [4], where the stale 
PHP session files were not removed. This has been addressed with an 
update to the php-fkooman-secookie Debian package (4.0.0-2) that will 
now daily clear out stale sessions. It is not cool to have a gazillion 
old session files in /var/lib/php/sessions... Oops!
