[eduVPN-deploy] Fedora 33 supported, Fedora 31 EOL

Hi all,

Yesterday Fedora 33 was released. Fedora 33 is now also supported and 
packages for it were just added to the repository.

Fedora 31 will be end of life within a month! Please move to Fedora 32, 
or better 33 as soon as possible. We will no longer provide packages for 
Fedora 31 moving forward. They'll be removed from the repository in the 
next weeks.

Fedora 31 will be officially EOL, i.e. no longer receive any support by 
the Fedora Project on 2020-11-24.
