[eduVPN-deploy] FYI (Announcing Debian 11 (bullseye) Support)

Hi François,

just to inform you:

we did an upgrade of all our eduvpn systems (4 controllers,
6 nodes and 4 single testing-systems) from Buster to Bullseye.

The upgrade worked without any problems, on the 1C-2N-systems nearly hitless.
