It’s been some time since we had a meeting with people who deployed eduVPN or who are just interested. This is a sufficient reason to organize something as we want to hear your experiences and if you have new requirements. 



The eduVPN team would also like to present and discuss a few things. 

Technically, we will release in the coming months eduVPN v3.x. with interesting new features, incl. WireGuard support ( [ https://github.com/eduvpn/documentation/blob/v2/ROADMAP.md | https://github.com/eduvpn/documentation/blob/v2/ROADMAP.md ] ) 

We also want to discuss a new version of the policy compliance document so that there is less confusion between the obligations of Institute Access servers (mostly keeping your instance up to date) and the obligations of Secure Internet servers (related for example to incident response). Concretely, we suggest a. Adding a distinction in 1.2 about Secure Internet and Institute Access servers, b. Deleting 2.1, 4.5 and 4.6, and c. Making explicit that 2.2, 3.5, 3.6 and 3.7 are only applicable for Secure Internet instance operators OR alternatively have two different policies for Institute Access instance operators and Secure Internet instance operators. 




Therefore, we decided to organize an online meeting on 17 November 2021 at 10 AM CET.
