[eduVPN-deploy] eduVPN/Let's Connect! 3.x Status

Hello 

As written by François on 30 December, the release of eduVPN 3.x server is a bit delayed (see below mail). 

At this stage, it would be useful if people in the community tested 3.x! Please write to us if you’re willing to.
