[eduVPN-deploy] Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9 / AlmaLinux / Rocky Linux Support in 3.x

Hi all,

Now that Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9, and AlmaLinux 9 have been released 
(hereafter "el9") I've been looking at supporting them as well in eduVPN 
/ Let's Connect! 3.x. It looks really good so far!

So what I'd like to hear:

1. Is anyone interested in 3.x el9 support?
2. Which OS (variant) will you be deploying on exactly?
3. Do you have the ability to test this on your specific environment 
before production packages are released?
4. Would you be interested in eduVPN / Let's Connect! 2.x on el9?
