Hi all,

* vpn-user-portal: 3.1.1, 3.1.2, 3.1.3 [1]
* vpn-server-node: 3.0.1, 3.0.2 [2]

Various small changes to the software and cleanups. Implement better 
UTF-8 input validation for some user provided data. Fix the need for 
node keys to not contain (trailing) new line character and update a typo 
in the Norwegian translation. See the links below for more details.
