[eduVPN-deploy] Migration eduVPN 2.5.1 -> 3.3.1

Hi,

I have set up a new 3.3.1 server and selected wireguard as default profile.

Just wanted to let you know that many Windows/MacOS clients have 
problems after the server migration and need the following user interaction:

Institute Access => right click on University of Osnabrueck => select 
"delete"

This seems to help in all cases. Error messages are:

couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format.,
