[ProjectSCZ-FIAM] SURFconext naam attributen

Hoi,

SURFconext kent geen apart attribuut voor tussenvoegsels, het wordt
gepresenteerd als onderdeel van de achternaam ("van Dijk")

SURFconext baseert zich, net als federaties in alle andere landen, op de
eduPerson standaard
(http://software.internet2.edu/eduperson/internet2-mace-dir-eduperson-201602.html)
die ook geen apart attribuut voor tussenvoegsel kent.

Voor het uitdruken van namen zijn 3 eduPerson attribuut combinaties
mogelijk:

  * givenname en sn
  * displayname
  * cn (common name)

bij sn staat nog : "If the person has a multi-part surname (whether
hyphenated or not), store both 1) the whole surname including hyphens if
present and 2) each component of a hyphenated surname as a separate
value in this multi-valued attribute. That yields the best results for
the broadest range of clients doing name searches."

Optie (1) komt overeen met hoe het in SURFconext gebruikt wordt.
