[ProjectSCZ-FIAM] New release 0.10

Dear all,

I plan to roll out a new version of the SCZ today.  This version has two
main features:
 - integration between the new SBS collaboration management platform and
the rest of the platform
 - improvements to the CO templating functionality of COmanage
(including a new API call).

I expect downtime for the platform to be minimal.
