[eduVPN-deploy] Problems with Android App on chromeOS

Hi Rogier,

the user told me, that it worked three month before until now, but he 
had to reset the device to factory default und to reinstall the eduVPN 
app. He upgraded to Chrome OS Version 87.0.4280.109 (Official Build) 
(64-Bit) now, but that did not help. Perhaps there are problems in newer 
versions of Chrome OS, as it worked before?

He does not have any plugins oder blockers installed, and he has tried 
to disable all security/privacy related settings, but that did not help.
