[eduVPN-deploy] [2021-03-15] Package Updates

Hi all,

* vpn-user-portal: 2.3.8 [1]
* vpn-server-node: 2.2.8 [2]

This is a small update.

* We now support LDAP credentials to perform an initial search when 
looking for the user's DN;
* We show the version of the portal on the "Info" page (only for admins);
* We push "0.0.0.0/0" as a separate route when defaultGateway is true: 
this is needed to work around a (solved?) bug in Windows online 
detection which broke Office/Microsoft 365 in some cases as reported 
earlier [3].
